Hello and Welcome to RJOHNNYB.COM,
My name is RJ Beaumont and I am a photo hobbyist. This website is dedicated to my Mom, Susan Jane Gower-Hewitt, who we lost on October 19, 2006 to Leukemia. Watch for our Celebrity Golf Day coming up in July '07 to honor my Mom and help assist with Leukemia and Stem Cell research.
It all start in Grade 12 at H. B. Beal when I was taking Graphic Communications. My typesetting teacher had seen a couple pictures I had taken for the student news page that me and a buddy were doing for a class project in printing.
I got away from it for a few years while I was on the road touring with some bands and then it just seemed to slip further away. About 3 years ago I found a digital camera and started to take pictures at the London Knights games. From there I was bitten with the bug again to start taking pictures for jumps and giggles. I've outgrown 3 different digi-cams and now own a Nikon D50. I've only had it since Nov. 18, 2006 and I'm still learning how to use it, but I'm having fun. You will notice the difference immediately in quality.
I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures as much as I enjoy taking them. If you find yourself in one of my pictures please feel free to contact me. I have watermarked them, so people can't steal them to use on E-Bay and other type places. Any charge I have is simply cost of the picture plus a small donation to help with the up keep of my site and the remainder will be donated to London Health Sciences Centre: Treatment and Research for Leukemia.
